Andrea Miska

Andrea Miska joined Halk, Oetinger and Brown in 2024 and her practice focuses on civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea acted as a Program Manager in the Telecom industry for a Fortune 500 company. Her background includes contract and lease negotiation, dispute management, easements, entitlements, eminent domain claims, and construction management.

Andrea is a 2013 graduate of the Phoenix School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Arizona. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family traveling, hiking, and supporting one of her three daughters in high school rodeos throughout the state. Andrea is currently serving as a Director for the Arizona High School Rodeo Association, helping to support and make an impact in the lives of young rodeo athletes.
