Kelly Oetinger

Kelly Oetinger joined The Brown Law Group in 2012. In 2023, the firm was renamed Halk, Oetinger, and Brown, PLLC.  Kelly practices in all areas of community association law with a focus on general counsel issues and covenant enforcement. Kelly is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Prior to attending law school, Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Kelly is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, traveling, and exploring the hiking trails of Arizona.
